


A few years ago Patrick decided to enter the competition arena and endeavoured to gain recognition for his hand made products. Success came and amongst the many accolades that have been received over the years the following are his most prized:
Gold awards obtained for Traditional Pork Sausage, Dr-cured Bacon and Wrekin White Savoury Lamb Crumble at the 2006 Smithfield Award Product Evaluations. Certificates were presented by well-know celebrity chef Ed Baines at an awards luncheon held at Butchers' Hall in London.
Winner of the prestigious Guild of Q Butchers, Diamond Award for Best Sausages in the 2005 Smithfield Awards.
Winner of the National Federation of Meat Traders National Sausage Competition 2005.
Four Counties Gold-Award for Pork Pies.
Many Gold, Silver and Bronze awards have been also secured for his Pork Pies, Dry-Cured Bacon, Sausages, Cornish Pasties and Kitchen Ready Products.
